How we work

Remote-first across Australia/NZ time zones, weekly in-person in Sydney. Small team — fewer than ten people on payroll — which means everyone has direct customer contact, real ownership of a slice of the product, and no committee approvals to ship something useful.

• Calm cadence. No fake urgency. We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Weekends are for weekends.
• Defaults to writing. Decisions live in shared docs. If it's worth deciding, it's worth a paragraph.
• One staging environment. Bug? Fix it for everyone, in trunk, today.
• Customers in the loop. Every engineer pairs on a customer call once a fortnight. The product's better for it.
